AARs

I know, getting those AARs in on time is a real cause for prayer.  For one thing, you are probably trying to pull the info from someone else, but that's life.  Much of our time as leaders is spent encouraging other people-- often who don't work for us-- to do the right thing.

I want to congratulate you on keeping after those AARs, making the phone calls, and simply trying your best.  You are making a difference!

Most Difficult Part of SB management

I wonder, what is the hardest part of managing Strong Bonds? Is it the deadlines? The information flow? Or something else?

I certainly have found the people running things at OCCH to be top-notch; they are very responsive in getting back to me.  And I try to do that for you who ask me for help.

But, what is most difficult for you?

Blessings and Greetings

Some of you have been managing Strong Bonds for ages and others (like me) are fairly new.  Bless you for doing the hard administrative work that makes this ministry possible.  During those painful times of trying to connect with units or make deadlines, it can be easy to forget the impact you make to Army Soldiers and their Families.

So this site is designed to help all of us to:
1. share the load of managing Strong Bonds
2. share our questions/knowledge of how to get things done
3. share some fun.

Some of the fun will probably be in watching me figure out how to blog!

So let me close by saying, Greetings! and please post something so I know you are out there.
